                                              2020

      Year 2020 , you will be gone within few hours,

                 But your brutalities will be never gone,

They will never be faded, they will never disappear;

         Rather they will be more agonizing gradually.

                                                     You are so rude -

You have changed everything of our beloved planet earth.

                           There is no beautiful , tranquil morning

                                            There is no spring any more,

                         There is no melody anywhere,

                                         There is no horizon in the sky.

My Mum does not sit down anymore in the wheelchair,

                                           The chair is empty is forever.

                                          So many dusts on her glasses,

                 We will never hear her loving voice anymore .

                        We will never hug you , Mum, anymore.

                                         My MUM

                          I wish You would receive the call,

                     How long , You don't receive any call 

                    We don't hear you voice for ages, Maa.

                          Our world is getting faded and pale,

                                                        The sky is lost,

                    Everything looks apocalyptic without You.

                                             How long, we didn't hug you .

                                                          We  need your hug,

                                          We badly miss your hug, Mum.

                                          What is Risk Assessment ?

Risk assessment help to identify new risks and to apply controls as management processes using the following hierarchy of controls-

 ·         Elimination- it helps to remove the risk completely.

              ·         Isolation- this level of control helps to isolate the risk in the workplace by putting some barriers etc.

                 ·         Substitution- It helps to remove the risk by putting/substituting with something similar.

                   ·         Engineering controls- it helps to minimize the risk by redesigning the jobs/tasks.

            ·         Administrative controls- it helps to minimize the risks by training the employees/staff how to minimize the risks by complying with safe work procedures.

                      ·         Personal protective equipment (PPE)- Using PPE helps the workers/employees to minimize the risks.

Ekushey February

                                                    
                                                      February 21 in 1952,
                          the most significant Day in the history of Bangla ,
                                                       we call it "  Ekushey February "

a day of bloodshed,
                         when the roads of Dhaka
                         were soaked with the bloods of  her innocent kids,
                         not only Dhaka , all over the country
                         when the entire  Bangla -land was shedding tears of blood.

But Bangla was a land of all Hercules,
                        finally they won the war,
                        the monster was defeated badly forever.
a day of freedom
                           the very beginning of liberty
                            the liberty of speech
                            the liberty of mother tongues
                           for all the humans of our planet earth.
                           the day , when the Universe celebrates-
                           " International Mother Language Day"

                                                                      you are the root of the our spirit,
                                                                      the spirit of our cultures, heritages,
                                                                     the spirit of our  nationality,

                                            
                                                                              the spirit of individuality .
                                                        you are the pioneer of the best portrait
                                 the portrait of independent 56 thousand square miles .

                                                                 you are the saga of struggles of hunderds of years
                                                                you are the legendary epic journey of Bangla.

A monster tragedy-building collapse at Savar, Dhaka and death of more than one thousand garments workers

April 24,2013 a black day in the history of garments industry of Bangladesh. Just one month before on this day ,one nine-storey building , which was a shoddy construction collapsed . Thousands of garments workers were on duty of five garments companies on different levels of this building . This monster tragedy has claimed the lives of more than one thousand workers. Most of them garments workers are extremely poor . It is a black day in the history of Bangladesh.But this sort accident is not new , couple of months ago another garments fire incident claimed more than one hundred lives. Most unfortunate aspect of this sort of accident in Bangladesh is no organization even government is not working properly to stop this sort of devastating brutal incident . These are not natural disaster , they are man -made incident , lack of humanity , absence of OH&S measures and extreme greed of maximizing profits are main causes behind this sort brutal and horrific incidents.
