Common Law

Some times people get confused about the term " Common law", because this is not widely used term.Some of the guys think that it is common every where , that is why it common law , but from the perspective of law it is different, actually common law was originated and developed in England and later it was establish in different colonies of England like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Australia .

In Australia , law can be classified in two categories from the perspective of origin of law ;

1. Statutory law

2. Common law

Statutory law is made by the federal parliament or state parliament or by the local governments.On the other hand common law was originally developed in England by judges, by verdicts of cases , by customs of the society or by precedents.Common law does have statutory relevancy or connections, these laws have been developed by ages.But verdicts and decisions of different outstandind cases and precedents have played the vital roles in the development of common law in England and Australia.

"An Inconvenient truth" one of the best documentary movie , I have ever seen in my life.I have seen this movie many many times.Movie or muli-media is one of the best way to convey any sort of information to people.I think , every people , all the kids and the family members of our world should watch this documentary.Because this film will make us understand how much environmental damages are being made every minutes to our planet earth.Most of the people of our world are not aware of the severity and the extreme consequences of the environmental destructions , and most of these are being done by some of the rich and big industrialist countries of our world.Our greeds, our selfishness, our unfriendly- attitudes to our environment is taking our whole world to the dooms day very fast.
