According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) , the population growth rate of Australia is 1.4%  and
the total population of Australia is  22,485,300( 22.5 million) people by the end of December 2011 . 
NSW  holds the position of highly multicultural state in NSW , because a record number of NSW residents speaks a language other than English at home and quarter of its population were born in overseas . Almost 37 % NSW residents speaks different language other than English at home.
